The Story Isn’t Over

Life happens…we get it; we’ve been there too

Meet & Greet

An introductory call gives you an opportunity to chat with your therapist, tell them a little bit about yourself, ask them any questions you have and see if they would be a good ‘fit’ for you.

Therapy for Kids

Kids are communicating all the time, in what they say and do and, in how they play and what they draw. They learn, grow, and process difficult events and emotions using art, music, and play. Therapy for kids focuses on your child. It uses a variety of mediums, including play and art to 'talk about' what is going on for them, and to help them to heal.

Therapy for Adults (Individual)

Psychotherapy is a form of healing, that works within the context of a relationship, it provides you with a safe place to explore what is troubling you, process difficult emotions, make sense of what is troubling you, and master life skills to flourish.

A day may come when you stop in your path and wonder if I or someone I care for needs mental health support. Everyone’s journey with mental health is unique to them and requires a personalized approach.

I offer therapy sessions for children, teens and adults from Bolton and Caledon East from September. I like to create a collaborative, empathetic and non-judgemental space to explore my client’s strengths. My sessions are collaborative because the client is the expert on their story, and I help them navigate their challenges.

My approach is person-centered; I come from a diverse background and grew up in a multicultural environment, meaning I understand the range of mental health struggles and how they present in the individual.

I use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy, and if required, I also use other therapy models to fit the client’s needs. I give importance to the individual differences of each client and believe in a shared empathetic and supportive therapeutic relationship.

I received my undergraduate degree in Honours of Bachelor of Science Specializing in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Clinical and Abnormal Psychology from the UK.

Currently, I am completing my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology to become a certified Psychologist. I have worked within the mental health field for the last five years with adults who have been faced with health problems, loss, anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship challenges.

I work with children with learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity challenges, family conflict and other challenges they face throughout their childhood into adolescence.
